err, currently just the results of me poking around nintendowifi.com...
The game pages at nintendowifi.com have stats for the top 5 players, how many people have been online recently during the day and at night, and how many people are connected now, compared to the busiest point today.
These stats are all displayed in embedded flash applets, and the applets download the data from XML files.
You can view the XML files directly:
NB: You need to visit nintendowifi.com first and have a cookie set for your region - if you haven't clicking these links will redirect you to the front page.
The URLs for these XML files all end with gameCode=AMC, because AMC is the code for Mario Kart DS
Here are the codes for all the current Wifi Connection titles (with links to the XML files):
| Game | gameCode | Top 5 | Current | Day vs. Night |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Animal Crossing: Wild World | ADM | * | * | * |
| Tony Hawk's American Sk8Land | AH9 | * | * | * |
| Mario Kart DS | AMC | * | * | * |
| Metroid Prime Hunters | AMF | * | * | * |
| Aggregate stats for all games | ALL | * | * | * |
It looks like Metroid is currently being tested on Nintendo Wifi Connection.
If you look at the top 5 players for gameCode AMF, three of the top five's names start NST.
NST is Nintendo Software Technology, the developers of Metroid Prime Hunters - these users are almost certainly testers, and Metroid is the only announced Wifi Connection title from NST.
